Tammy is AMAZING! She helped me sell my father's condo from 1000 miles away. I had not been through the process before of selling a house so I was flying by the seat of my pants. Tammy walked me through the whole process, and reminded me of things I didn't even think of (forwarding my dad's mail since he passed). Tammy, located people to pick-up, and move unwanted things for me and an house cleaner who did an amazing job! Her knowledge of the market and how much she cares about you as an individual that she takes great pride in representing you. Though she ha many clients if I had a question she was quick to respond. I can't put enough words on paper to recommend her enough if you want a knowledgeable, competent agent who puts you the client first then Tammy is the agent you should choose.

It all started with looking for a place to live. If it wasn’t for Tammy, the greatest Realtor I’ve ever met, I don’t think it would’ve happened. She was right on the money with everything from start to finish. She took care of everything without me having to worry. It was a great experience. I recommend her highly to anybody else who is looking for a great Realtor.

We had an easy house sale with Tammy. Other real estate agents kept pushing us to try to sell for more, but we really just wanted an easy transaction. Tammy understood our needs and worked with us.

Tammy has been my family's trusted realtor for 10+ years. Representing my grandparents to my parents and now myself. This is my second home sale and yet the process never gets any less stressful. Tammy made the process seem as if it were a piece of cake. My home was under contract in just over a week and when it came to negotiation, Tammy listened to me and my point of view and never attempted to persuade me otherwise. She took my counters and fought for every dollar until all parties agreed to a deal. If I were asked to highlight one specific instance that impressed me the most, it would be during our negotiation the buyers requested some items to be addressed. I agreed to fix a few of the concerns but was at a stalemate with one specific request. Tammy took it upon herself to cover the expense and to be completely honest, I would have probably passed on the deal if she didn't make that attempt to "think outside of the box". In closing, her personality, charm, wit, character, professionalism and last but not least, her reputation within the community of being a top-tier realtor are the reasons why I'd recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell.

Tammy is an excellent communicator and professional. She is a hard worker and one know she is negotiating for what is best for you as her client. She keeps one informed of everything that is going on. Goes out of her way to be sure things are getting done. When she is contacted about an issue it is immediately handled. She even went out of her way to do something that the buyer's realtor should have done to be sure the closing happened on time. Cannot speak more highly of Tammy as a Realtor. In her ability to communicate, stay on top of things, get things done, protect the rights of those she is working with and on top of all this she has a fantastic personality!
