Tammy's communication from beginning to end, well can I say she knocked it out of the ballpark. There was a few problems with our house that had been dealt with so I say she took the horse by the briddle and ran. Me and my husband were dealing with a lot of family problems and with her help her amazing help we got through this just fine. On a personal note thank you so much Tammy I don't think we could have gotten through this sale without you. And then in a few more years when we're ready to sell our house here yes of course you will be a realtor again.

Tammy and her amazing team were exceptional. Every aspect of our sale from listing to closing & beyond was handled with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness. My husband and I had such unique circumstances as we were migrating back to the UK after 25 fabulous years in Florida with my 91 year old father in law, our dog and a houseful of treasured possessions. And some junk! Tammy recommended vendors in her community as a Realtor and each was truly incredible from a plumber to junk removal, everyone was so understanding, timely, cost efficient and professional. If Tammy was unavailable, Krystine was there on the spot. Closing had it's challenges and Roxanne at Patch Reef Title Services was again, knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding of our needs. It was a very stressful and emotional time. This transaction was seamless on our side because I know they all took hits behind the scenes. I'll be forever grateful and hold good memories of a very challenging time. I love you guys! xoxo

Tammy is AMAZING! She helped me sell my father's condo from 1000 miles away. I had not been through the process before of selling a house so I was flying by the seat of my pants. Tammy walked me through the whole process, and reminded me of things I didn't even think of (forwarding my dad's mail since he passed). Tammy, located people to pick-up, and move unwanted things for me and an house cleaner who did an amazing job! Her knowledge of the market and how much she cares about you as an individual that she takes great pride in representing you. Though she ha many clients if I had a question she was quick to respond. I can't put enough words on paper to recommend her enough if you want a knowledgeable, competent agent who puts you the client first then Tammy is the agent you should choose.

It all started with looking for a place to live. If it wasn’t for Tammy, the greatest Realtor I’ve ever met, I don’t think it would’ve happened. She was right on the money with everything from start to finish. She took care of everything without me having to worry. It was a great experience. I recommend her highly to anybody else who is looking for a great Realtor.
