Kevin is the guy you want to help you locate your home. We were from out of state and Kevin did all the walk through with videos so we could see everything. He negotiated and was for us not the seller. Went to the inspection for us and did that all on live video so we could ask questions while he inspected. Kevin just goes above and above the rest. We love our new home and the outstanding service we received from Kevin.
