Tammy and her amazing team were exceptional. Every aspect of our sale from listing to closing & beyond was handled with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness. My husband and I had such unique circumstances as we were migrating back to the UK after 25 fabulous years in Florida with my 91 year old father in law, our dog and a houseful of treasured possessions. And some junk! Tammy recommended vendors in her community as a Realtor and each was truly incredible from a plumber to junk removal, everyone was so understanding, timely, cost efficient and professional. If Tammy was unavailable, Krystine was there on the spot. Closing had it's challenges and Roxanne at Patch Reef Title Services was again, knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding of our needs. It was a very stressful and emotional time. Amanda has good knowledge of the market. She is extremely communicative and returns calls and texts immediately, even on the weekends and after hours. She consistently gives 110% and goes above and beyond expectations to get things done. We had a realtor and our house was not selling, so we did a little research and hired Amanda. She got her house sold within 60 days in today’s challenging market! Absolutely would recommend her to anyone!

Matt partnered with Sheryl Pina. Together they took my property which had been lingering on the market for over two years and brought it back to life. First, they took it off the market. Matt in addition to being the broker is a contractor so issues inside and outside of the house, he repaired. The team then took a new set of fotos that were high end quality. They then had the property appraised. The combination of work done, fotos, and appraisal increased the asking price almost 50% which was in line with my expectations. Matt personally attended every showing answering questions and emphasizing high points. Two buyers came forward and the house was sold at a price 25% higher than the asking price before Matt and Sheryl took over. It sold in 60 days!!! Remember it had been on the market for over two years before and they torn it around and sold it in 60 days!!! A great team!!! I am ecstatic!!!!

My home had been on and off the market for the last two plus years. I had had a few offers but all undervalued the home so I turneed them down. The previous broker simply went through the motions rarely attending when a prospect was introduced to the house, I suspect because he thought I would not change the team. After two years I moved the listing to Matt Grant and Sheryl. They took an new look at the house and the market. Matt with Sheryl's guidance renovated key areas of the house. This was a huge benefit because while he was on the team as a broker, Matt also operated as a contractor. They took all new fotos and then had an appraisal done at their cost. The house appraised at what I knew the value was. They recommended I increase my asking price by more than a third. Inside of 60 days we had two interested buyers, a contract for 25% more than any previous offers. The magic sauce was the team and how they executed each stage of the process.
