Cheryl is a great realtor. She goes behind the scope of finding you a home. She is one of a kind and when I’m ready to buy another house, she will be top on my list.

My home had been on and off the market for the last two plus years. I had had a few offers but all undervalued the home so I turneed them down. The previous broker simply went through the motions rarely attending when a prospect was introduced to the house, I suspect because he thought I would not change the team. After two years I moved the listing to Matt Grant and Sheryl. They took an new look at the house and the market. Matt with Sheryl's guidance renovated key areas of the house. This was a huge benefit because while he was on the team as a broker, Matt also operated as a contractor. They took all new fotos and then had an appraisal done at their cost. The house appraised at what I knew the value was. They recommended I increase my asking price by more than a third. Inside of 60 days we had two interested buyers, a contract for 25% more than any previous offers. The magic sauce was the team and how they executed each stage of the process.

Sheryl was able to sell my property in a difficult market and made both buyer and seller very happy. She always gives 100% in everything needed to get the sale completed. I would not consider anyone else for my real estate needs .

Sheryl is a brilliant communicator, listener and seemed to have an incomparable knowledge of the market sharing that knowledge in a modest and very helpful manner, pointing out matters that would never have occurred to us. Sheryl obviously enjoys her occupation and appears not to think of it as work. She is a really hard worker, always available and labored to set us at ease in a very stressful activity. We have participated actively in the market in three states and have not found a better realtor. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her as a good and hopefully long term friend.
