This was a huge benefit because while he was on the team as a broker, Matt also operated as a contractor. They took all new fotos and then had an appraisal done at their cost. The house appraised at what I knew the value was. They recommended I increase my asking price by more than a third. Inside of 60 days we had two interested buyers, a contract for 25% more than any previous offers. The magic sauce was the team and how they executed each stage of the process.
