If it wasn't for Elizabeth, I would have never been able to negotiate with the builder to get the deal that she was able to get!!!!

She had to put up with a seller that wasn't prepared to sale. She listed the house and got an offer in less than 2 hours! Like I said, I wasn't prepared to sale, and it sent me into a spiral. I declined the offer and took the house off the market. After I regained my sanity, I had her relist the house. Again, I got an offer in less than 2 hours. After a couple back and forth offers, we settled on a number. I was out of the house in less than a month. I felt so bad for putting her through that. But, she was wonderful. She didn't push, she listened. She understood! I couldn't have had a better realtor!! I would definitely recommend her and will call her if I decide to look to purchase another property.
