My husband and I had such unique circumstances as we were migrating back to the UK after 25 fabulous years in Florida with my 91 year old father in law, our dog and a houseful of treasured possessions. Tammy recommended vendors in her community as a Realtor and each was truly incredible from a plumber to junk removal, everyone was so understanding, timely, cost efficient and professional. If Tammy was unavailable, Krystine was there on the spot. Closing had it's challenges and Roxanne at Patch Reef Title Services was again, knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding of our needs. It was a very stressful and emotional time.
