Sweet and sour. Bob is a nice man, very helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. But as a Canadian I wish I knew what would happen at closing sooner i.e., all the money paid left and right even to Reymax on top of the broker's commission...really? Not that it would have changed anything. Florida is expensive. Happy to be back home.
