Susan is everything I could have asked for in a realtor. Communication was fantastic. She talked me through each step so I felt confident I understood all that was going on with no surprises. She was both buyer/seller representation for my new home and seller representation for my old home. Despite my reservations of representing both parties, it was clear Susan is a professional and I had no issues. When it came to listing my home, she came in prepared but was also accepting of our inputs. We also had multiple offers come in on our sale and she was quick to negotiate both while communicating our needs. All of her recommendations were spot on. I have probably recommended Susan to a half dozen friends already and will continue to do so long into the future. Thanks Susan!

Sara Crombie is an excellent realtor. She is always available and on task. She knows values and details. If for some reason Sara doesn’t have an answer, she will have it shortly. She held multiple open houses on the weekends and always with great feedback. We could not be happier with the time and effort Sara put in to sell our home. If you want the BEST, Sara is your realtor. John and Kathy Smith

We had a great experience working with Beth. She helped us purchase our new home and also handled renting out our previous one, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process on both ends. What really stood out was how much she truly listened to what we wanted and made sure our priorities were reflected in every step. We really appreciated her professionalism and dedication and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent

We feel that Kelly's knowledge of the most current market is exemplary, and she communicated these conditions in a very understandable way. She diligently worked through marketing efforts , showings, and open houses, which we believe was the ultimate conclusion to a sale. She communicated with us very well, but only as needed. We have had this property listed with other realtors, without success. We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone who would like aggressively market their property.
