Keti was reliable and available. She had market knowledge and heard and delivered what we were looking for. She was able to facilitate our purchase quickly with all the vendors required; the title company, insurance agent and inspector. All were top notch. I highly recommend Keti and would be sure to use her again in future purchases.
And thank you Barry for taking care of all the extra follow up details. Our sale was small but we didn't get the impression our service was different compared to ocean front estate buyers. I would gladly recommend you to anyone reading this review.
Our context: We were from out of state. We had no realtor, I was using realtor.com and zillow and calling each agent. Our first phone conversation with Barry was good, but then when we met him his communication and clear direction stood out more. He got us, and our need. He had a clear plan and made it easy. He was very knowledgeable about the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach market. What I loved the most was his transparency and rapid response time.
