On September 1, 2026 we closed a real estate acquisition at The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach Florida. The entire process was managed by the real estate office at Quail Ridge under the leadership of Ann Jara. Ann has kept us informed about the ownership opportunities at QR for years through the QR website after past rental experiences. When life circumstances were aligned, she and her coordinated team managed the entire process from remote showing to an in person closing with the efficiency and precision of a Swiss train station. Ann runs a tightly integrated organization that made this transaction 700 plus miles from home simple, accurate and reassuring. We are most grateful to her entire team.l
