This one was a weird one. I've never dealt with a seller who was unreachable for weeks at a time. Most agents would have advised to just move on, but not Greg. He knew this particular property was personal to me as it abuts my primary residence. Somehow he managed to pull it off, and for considerably less than asking price. He's a hell of a negotiator.
