I was born in Tampa, and I have lived my life along the Gulf Coast of Florida fishing/boating in these waters. My family has had a fishing camp at the mouth of the Suwannee River and Gulf of Mexico for over 100 years. My mother was born in Mayo FL and my grandmother was born in Bell FL. My dad grew up on St Pete Beach. I know and understand the Gulf Coast of Florida like few other real estate agents could even imagine. I am your agent… thru the entire transaction! We found Greg from his Marketing Material at a local pub! The location gave us a koozie for our beverage with his info printed on it...the rest is history. We gave Greg a call and he was quick to respond. He laid everything out for us and how everything would work as our experience in selling a home is very limited. He told us to not worry about anything and he would handle everything for us from start to finish, and he did. He was an awesome Agent and a pleasure to deal with. He is the kind of fella that you want to have a beer with. Just a fine human being. Very knowledgeable with the local waterways and knows the area very well. Our house went under contract in a few days and we closed rather quickly. Thank you Greg for the great experience! My Wife and I would have you list and sell for us again in a heartbeat!!!! Could not have closed without Greg. Cancelled closing 4 times due to other issues, but he hung in there! Good guy, and for sure he is on your side all of the way. Been with me for 5 years before we ever bought a home in Florida, but he didn't complain and was always there for us!

At one point, I felt as thought the sellers agent was not acting professional and living up to the responsibilities of a sellers agent by not providing the keys to the exterior house doors. Not one key to any of the 3 exterior hinged doors. Not one of them. This is the house I just closed on. In my opinion she acted as though she wasnt going to rectify the situation and wouldn’t reach out to me to discuss it. I’ve bought houses before, and everyone knows when you close the keys are provided to you as part of the closing. Right???? It’s required not optional. Greg was my buyers agent and lt is my opinion that because he got involved, the sellers agent begrudgingly sent a locksmith out to cut a key for the front door. Greg said it’s clearly unacceptable. He even offered to make it right financially for me if she didn’t do the right thing even though it wasn’t his responsibility. In my opinion the sellers agent wouldn’t have lifted a finger to help me as the closing was completed and she thought we couldn’t do anything about it and she already had her money. In my opinion, she was a difficult and unreasonable person and company to deal with in the Hernando Beach area. I very much appreciated Greg getting my back when I needed him.
