We were looking for a new home after losing our house to Hurricane Helene, and a neighbor recommended Nily. Nily not only found us the absolutely perfect new home; she also found a buyer for our old house. Her market knowledge is impressive. She helped us with every part of the process - obtaining a mortgage, navigating paperwork, setting up utilities and inspections, finding new doctors and handymen, and even recommending a great pizza place near our new home. She kept us informed throughout the process and was promptly responsive to our INNUMERABLE questions, never once making us feel that we were a bother. Even now that we're comfortably settled in, Nily is our "go-to" whenever we need information about the area. She helped us get through a very difficult time with grace, patience, competence, and a wonderful sense of humor. Nily is the epitome of professionalism. We're so very grateful to our neighbor for recommending Nily to us, and we can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor. Five stars aren't nearly enough!
