Holly is an excellent marketer, communicator, negotiator, she’s extremely knowledgeable and truly passionate about real estate. She’s available to her clients probably to a fault. Holly anticipates and resolves potential problems before her customers even know there’s a problem. We saw every one of these impressive traits on full display during the recent sale of our home that Holly handled for us. She is undoubtedly the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with, and there have been more than a few. We would gladly entrust our homes with Holly without hesitation in the future.

Holly reassured and kept me in the loop with everything that had to be done, when it was gonna get done, and when it was done. Holly let me know that we were in this together and that she was gonna do whatever she could to help me sell the property, that was good to know because I really didn’t know what to expect, overall Holly was amazing.

Holly is very knowledgeable, she knows her real estate, and she will get to the bottom of whatever she has to get to. There’s no doubt. She always responds so quickly. She can be aggressive when she needs to be which it’s nice to have someone that isn’t afraid to speak her mind and have your back. This is the second time I have worked with Holly on. real estate transaction. She communicated with me every part of my purchasing my new home. She kept me informed about inspections, surveys, appraisals, what stage of the loan we were at. Her professionalism is always present. The negotiation skills: MIND BLOWING! That is all I am saying.
