Chris and his wife Michelle helped me to sell my late father's home. They were recommended by one of my dad's friends. I live 1,200 miles away, and I contacted Chris before my dad's estate entered probate, he enthusiastically agreed to assist with the sale when I was ready. When I met Chris to get the house listed, he gave me an accurate assessment of the current market conditions and gave a market based pricing recommendation. In addition to the interior and exterior photos of the house, Chris also took a number of views using drone - which provided a unique perspective of the home and provided a good feel for the surrounding neighborhood. Chris communicated traffic and market based pricing suggestions regularly. Chris and Michelle helped navigate some unique aspects of this sale: My father's car was still in the garage, and Chris took pictures and a video of the vehicle, which helped me to market the car remotely.
