When I met Chris to get the house listed, he gave me an accurate assessment of the current market conditions and gave a market based pricing recommendation. In addition to the interior and exterior photos of the house, Chris also took a number of views using drone - which provided a unique perspective of the home and provided a good feel for the surrounding neighborhood. They also very professionally nudged a suddenly recalictrant sibling to proceed with the closing on the house. I give Chris and Michelle my highest recommendation, and truly appreciate the over and above assistance they provided to me and my family.

It was my first time buying a house and she made the entire process streamlined and easy as well as being extremely good at her job at accommodating my needs, especially in a house market as tough as it is right now. Not only did she find the house for me, she managed to help me get a new roof and new AC installed before closing, so thats two things i don't have to worry about for years to come.
