In addition to the interior and exterior photos of the house, Chris also took a number of views using drone - which provided a unique perspective of the home and provided a good feel for the surrounding neighborhood. Chris and Michelle helped navigate some unique aspects of this sale: My father's car was still in the garage, and Chris took pictures and a video of the vehicle, which helped me to market the car remotely. When an overzealous HOA president decided that the driveway needed pressure washing - Chris took care of it. When a prospective buyer needed to find a lender - Michelle was relentless in her search. Michelle also solicited multiple bids from local electricians when a house insection revealed that the electrical panel needed replacement. When I selected an electrician, Chris made sure he was available to allow the electrician into the house. When a power drunk appraiser insisted on an unnecessary sensor - Chris installed it. They also gracefully dealt with complaints from neighbors re suspect landscaping maintenance provided by a third party contracted by the mortgage company. They also very professionally nudged a suddenly recalictrant sibling to proceed with the closing on the house. I give Chris and Michelle my highest recommendation, and truly appreciate the over and above assistance they provided to me and my family.
