Michelle also solicited multiple bids from local electricians when a house insection revealed that the electrical panel needed replacement. When I selected an electrician, Chris made sure he was available to allow the electrician into the house. When a power drunk appraiser insisted on an unnecessary sensor - Chris installed it. They also gracefully dealt with complaints from neighbors re suspect landscaping maintenance provided by a third party contracted by the mortgage company. They also very professionally nudged a suddenly recalictrant sibling to proceed with the closing on the house. I give Chris and Michelle my highest recommendation, and truly appreciate the over and above assistance they provided to me and my family.
