Holly is very knowledgeable, she knows her real estate, and she will get to the bottom of whatever she has to get to. There’s no doubt. She always responds so quickly. She can be aggressive when she needs to be which it’s nice to have someone that isn’t afraid to speak her mind and have your back. Rudy is the best realtor we could have picked. He worked above and beyond what was ever expected. He worked into the night, through the weekends, and early mornings. We had to force him to enjoy a vacation. There were some non typical aspects to our process that brought new stresses and frustrations. Having Rudy on our side kept us much more sane and positive. Rudy gave us accurate expectations for what to expect from opening offer to closing. Communication is definitely not a problem with Rudy. Answered texts and phone calls as quickly as he could. If we needed to vent about something not in the realtor lane he would let us do it and maintained professional answers and provided some clarity on things. Rudy is the one you want on your team. Buying a home and moving is stressful enough, don't add more stress by not signing Rudy to your team. 12/10 would recommend.

Scott has every resource to keep us informed, we were always updated. He knows how to work the negotiations to our benefit. There was issue 3 days before closing and while he was on a cruise, he was professional and solved the problem without any delays to closing. He will always be our realtor, recommended and friend.
