Teresa helped the reviewer buy this property

Negotiator who thinks out of the box

Theresa represented the seller in this sale. However, I felt that she treated me as a valued buyer and helped the sale happen by recognizing what issues were important to me. When the sale reached a critical unexpected junction, complicated by the failing health of the elderly seller, she coordinated acceleration of the closing with me and the sellers representative and the title company. She made finding a solution her total focus, expediting a rapid solution to a seemingly impossible deadline. Without her extraordinary efforts the house would have gone to probate court. Her experience and creativity found an expedient path that led to the sale. I hiighly reccomend her if you need an experienced honest realtor. Any Florida real estate transactions in my future I will be contracting with Teresa and suggest that you do the same.
