I met Anita through a friend of a friend. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Anita made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. The house sold within one week, and I got a really great price!
We had what I would consider a difficult purchase. A lot of issues on the seller’s side & with the seller’s agent along with pressure by the seller to close quickly. Joan was able to connect us with a local surveyor and a closing attorney who were both over the top awesome in their own right and we were able to pull things together on extremely short notice. She went above and beyond with communication, she was always accessible & we were able to get answers by text, email or phone any time we had a question or issue. She is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate obviously from her years of experience and confidently guided us through the entire process. She was an awesome liaison between the seller who I had lost all patience for. And had it not been for Joan’s hard work, patience & persistence I would have walked away from the sale. Joan has been a local home town realtor for years. As a life long resident of Alachua I’ve seen her name in the realty circle for many years but this was my first experience in having her handle a real estate transaction.
