My husband and I worked with Alicia as out of state VA buyers from Washington. We were not first time buyers, but we were buying for the first time in Florida while selling our WA home. There were so many differences for buying in FL that were completely new to us. Buying in a state and area you are unfamiliar with can be very intimidating as we knew we wanted to make the right move, in the right neighborhood, with ideal commute times and great schools and we wanted to get it right the first time.
