Sandy is awesome. Pre approval or closing she was always there. Coordinating with the loan officer. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She worked so hard to help us purchase our forever home. She was always available for my thousands of questions any time day or night. She took the time to explain in detail and she had a back up plan for everything. Never once let us down all the way to the end. After closing she was still there for my questions.

I was put into a position where I had to sell my parent's home due to a medical event, and Darlene could not have been more helpful during the process. She arrangde for work to be completed to get the house up to code and meet the buyers' requests, and she has a great network of professionals to call on for a variety of home repair and maintenance needs.
