Not satisfied with the cleaners and getting close to market, Terry cleaned the windows herself! She was always available, very patient with me, and made the experience as easy as possible for me. Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I was put into a position where I had to sell my parent's home due to a medical event, and Darlene could not have been more helpful during the process. She arrangde for work to be completed to get the house up to code and meet the buyers' requests, and she has a great network of professionals to call on for a variety of home repair and maintenance needs.
