It was difficult managing the sale of my property from out of state, but thanks to Terry, it was a smooth process resulting in a 2 day offer and a successful sale. Terry called/texted/e mailed often, keeping me informed of Pinellas county codes, market activity, and how to best prepare for sale. Not satisfied with the cleaners and getting close to market, Terry cleaned the windows herself! She was always available, very patient with me, and made the experience as easy as possible for me.
