I dealt with a handful of realtors before Mikayla. They’d get the job done but she was very passionate on helping find what my fiancé and myself were looking for. We were also first time home buyers so as we put an offer in she was very transparent for negotiations and what was to come. We never heard her try talking us into taking the counter offer (above budget) like I’ve dealt with before. She explained there are houses everywhere for sale if it’s out of budget we’ll just move happily on to the next one to find something we could afford. Nothing came as a surprise except she didn’t say she had “the number one lender around” she gave us a list of options she has worked personally with and recommended but to choose from which ended up us getting a interest rate lower than the nations avg! Tyler is the hardest worker, most dedicated, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and thorough realitor, that will walk with you every step of the way! He has amazing negotiating skills & works extremely hard under pressure! If you are on the fence about selling or buying he will take amazing care of you & your family too! He sold my Largo home of 38 years for asking price & was my purchasing realitor for brand new home! My daughter wanted me closer & Tyler is God Sent! I can honestly say I would of never been able to do this with out him! Dont wait during this economy he will be with you every step of the way! God Bless!!!!

Joel was a pleasure to work with. He took care of me like I was family. He listened to me on the phone, we toured multiple houses, and ended up making an offer on a great property. He negotiated a fair price and successfully negotiated with the seller to do all repairs (at seller’s expense), including a costly roof replacement. I also work with Joel’s mortgage team to secure a home loan and mortgage. Joel and his team were very responsive, thorough, and professional. We went from offer to close (including a new roof) in one month! I will definitely be using Joel in the future.
