Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. I admired their professionalism, excellent handling of the whole process of the sale of my property, knowledge of the market and friendliness. I had a wonderful experience working with them.
