Numerous times he went above and beyond what would normally be expected including spending time waiting on the phone to understand what to do about a non-standard utility issue with the property as well as speaking over the phone with me during the process at hours that most other agents likely would not. Tyler was thoughtful and intentional with everything that he did for us. I have bought and sold a half-dozen houses and he provided by far one of the best purchasing experiences I've had.
