Andy shared home sales daily through his site that was tailored to our specific needs and wants. He negotiated with the buyers realtor on the price and provided us with daily updates on the process of the negotiations. He was very professional with every aspect of buying the property and had our best interest at heart all the time. We felt safe and assured our purchase was done with expert knowledge and satisfaction. I would recommend Andy Burwell to anyone that is buying or selling a property. He makes you feel like family.

I've lived in Pinellas County since 1990 and have purchased several homes during my time here. Andy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs, worked with us patiently, and found us a house that checked all of our boxes. Thank you so much for your diligence and patience, Andy! We highly recommend him!! Barbara and David

Andy Burwell is a consummate professional. That combined with his high degree of integrity and a likable personality made doing business with him an outstanding and pleasant experience. His communication was consistent and clear. We will use his services again if the need arises.

I was referred to Andy by a previous agent I used in another state. Andy learned of my other friendship, and confidently said his goal was to be the same and better. He created searches for my wife and I to narrow our focus. Then in a 2 day spree, he hosted a viewing of about 15-20 houses for us to see. He opened them up, I called my wife on FaceTime, and we looked at the houses together. Once we selected a house, Andy was instrumental in making an offer, coaching us on how things work, and keeping constant communication. He went the extra mile to speak in our behalf. We had just the right amount of communication between texts, emails, and conversations. As a grandfather, father, and husband, Andy has a pleasant demeanor, is proud of his Florida roots, and has an extreme integrity that prevents him from keeping any detail to himself. I am happy to say we bought the first house we put an offer on and we couldn’t have done it so painlessly without Andy’s involvement. Andy is now at the top of my list for anything real estate related as I move forward. He is a great agent, a good man, and a new friend. He is not just in this for the money; Andy enjoys what he does, and he is good at it.

This was my second home purchase with Andy. A born and raised Clearwater man who truly understood what we were looking for in our next family home. He left no stone unturned, always responded with unbelievable promptness, and was an invaluable communicator. Each and every step of the process was so much easier having Andy as our guide. He knew the answer to every question, and if he didn’t, he got us an answer within minutes. There’s a reason you can’t find anyone that has anything bad to say about Andy Burwell. And to be blunt, you’d be insane not to choose him for your next home-buying experience.

He’s an innovative marketer, a consistently prompt and thorough communicator, and a daily pleasure to work with. His calm confidence and easygoing nature make every stage of the real estate experience not just productive, but genuinely enjoyable. At 67, I’ve worked with professionals across a wide range of industries, and few have matched Andy’s trustworthy blend of insight, skill, and personal graciousness. ALL the stars.
