I’ve known Andy since 2001 when he helped my husband and me buy our first home in Belleair. After 14 years there, we decided we wanted to live on the water and enlisted Andy again to help us make that move (both sell our house and act as buyer’s agent for our new home). Andy also helped sell my mom’s house in 2018 and just helped her sell another house. My mom is in her young 80’s and Andy navigates working with someone of her generation with great patience and kindness. He always put her first making sure her needs were met. My mom was thrilled with how easily the process went from initial conversation to closing and couldn’t have been happier with all the details of the transaction. Andy is the consummate professional, a person of integrity and just great to be around. I knew my mom was in wonderful hands the whole time.
