We closed on our first home on 22nd Dec, and we are thankful to Sudhir for guiding us through this journey. He showed us several new as well as resale homes from different builders like MI Homes, Casa Fresca, Pulte Homes and DR Horton in Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills area. These were based on the our criterias like size of home/lawn, neighborhood, storeys, budget and most importantly vaastu. We finally chose a Pulte Home in Zephyhills which ticked all our needs. Throughout this process, Sudhir patiently answered all our questions and explained everything clearly and calmly. As a first time home buyers that support meant a lot to us.
