Sue was pleasant and nice to deal with at every turn, but more importantly she listened and understood what we were looking for and was on the "same page" with us making the experience very productive in our limited time to house hunt. She went above and beyond to keep us apprised of listings during the entire 5 months between our first hunting trip to our second trip. She was also able to knowledgably cover a broad area from Tampa and southward, which was important to us as out-of-staters who weren't completely sure of the specific area we wanted to settle into during retirement.
