Joy Frisch is the perfect realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the area she serves, the homes that she shows, and the best loan companies and insurance brokers, should you need them. Buying a home on my own, as a senior and widow, was a first-time experience for me. Joy helped me through every step of the way and was available to answer my questions and guide me anytime I contacted her. It was comforting and reassuring to know that she had my best interests in mind. Even after the closing, Joy was still there to help me with contacts for contractors or just more information about the area. I still can't believe how fortunate I was to have met and worked with her! Thank you, Joy, for all you did for me.

Joy is patient, understanding, and boy, does she know her stuff! She made what could have been very stressful into something productive and successful with a minimum of wear and tear. I highly recommend her.

Joy was an absolute blessing during the purchase of my townhome (my first home purchase!). We looked at several units in the development I wanted which was selling like crazy and when we found the one she made the process an absolute dream. I didn’t know a lot about what I was doing at that time, only what I wanted and didn’t want, of which I was stubbornly adamant (tile in kitchen/living room and high ceilings). (Another thing I was adamant about was removing the dishwasher and replacing it with a kegerator which she tried so hard to talk me out of, I didn’t do it, because she said a few years later I’d find a wife and want a bigger house and I would regret a kegerator hole in the counter top 😂At all points I really did feel like Joy had my best interest at heart and was working her hardest to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and the very best deal for it. Since I’m a horrible client about writing reviews in a timely manner, I’ll add that Joy also helped me sell this townhome after I met my wife and wanted a bigger house. I didn’t drill the hole in the countertop, but I did temporarily replace the dishwasher with a dual zone wine fridge haha! The process of selling was a frenzy of massive interest thanks to her brilliant listing strategy and the fact that her photographer was amazing. Video, drone, and some really great shots, seriously, I saved them all to my iPhone and have looked back at them fondly several times. He really captured the feel and the work I put into the house. Needless to say Joy got me a great price on the sale, the highest of any of that size unit at the time, and helped me purchase our new home which we live in today. (I’m thinking about emailing her about a property (it’s late) after I’m done writing this because my wife and I have another baby on the way and need more space!)

Joy made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. She was very patient with us and guided us throughout the viewing, inspection and closing. Her presence was very profesional in all areas, which made the process of buying very smooth. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was available.
