From the first day we met Nick he put us at ease, always there to answer our questions, super honest, completely reliable, he was always there when we needed to call him, even late in the evening as me and my husband both work crazy shifts. He was always in our corner if any complications came up, and spoke up for us when it was needed. He was professional, but extremely easy to speak to, like talking to an old friend.
