The pricing was very fair and straightforward for such a well-built home. Even though it was already completed, Aldana was highly proactive; they made sure to touch up every single item on our walkthrough list right before closing, and we haven't had a single issue since we moved in. ​What stood out just as much as the house was their professionalism. They were incredibly welcoming and receptive to us bringing in our own financing company, as well as our own realtor, Cindy Burkhardt. Cindy and the Aldana team collaborated seamlessly to ensure a smooth, stress-free, and on-time closing. If you are looking for a beautiful, reliable, move-in ready home, I highly recommend them!
