In the end we found the perfect home for us in a community we didn't even dream of at the beginning of the process, and when negotiations came around, James went above and beyond to secure us everything we wanted! Kim went above and beyond her normal duties by frequently traveling to the property making certain it was in clean and appealing condition condition. We were absent sellers and Kim performed alot of our responsibilities as sellers. When problems arose she immediately solved them as only an experienced realtor can do. Lorena is great! She showed us houses the weekend before she went on vacation and even during vacation she checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Very knowledgeable and super thorough and prepared. She always took time to make sure we understood and answered any and all questions, even the silly ones 😁.
