Jim Grider guided us through the process and gave us great advice on market value and preparing the house for sale. A buyer was identified fairly quickly. Jim facilitated all aspects, assisted us with the home maintenance responsibilities, and with odd issues that arose with the solar panels on the house. It would have been a very difficult process to sell the house. But with Jim's support it was fairly easy. He was with us throughout the process and gave us his undivided attention whenever needed.
