Jim facilitated all aspects, assisted us with the home maintenance responsibilities, and with odd issues that arose with the solar panels on the house. It would have been a very difficult process to sell the house. But with Jim's support it was fairly easy. He was with us throughout the process and gave us his undivided attention whenever needed.
