So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. All went very well. It sold in 6 weeks in a buyer's market. It was priced right. Only showed 5 times and had an offer and a backup offer. It was under contract before we moved and closed about 3 weeks later. It sold at 97% of list.
