He was our THIRD realtor. Finally got a good one!

We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. If it wasn't for Garrett we may have missed out on the property we really wanted and now own! Thanks again!
