Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

Liz is fantastic! She responds to questions quickly and is a pleasure to work with. Liz points out the pros & cons of the houses as we toured. She is very knowledgeable of the areas and did a great job of identifying what we wanted and to make sure the house meets OUR NEEDS! She is very professional & proactive in researching homes in our preferred area and within our budget. I highly recommend Liz.

We had two separate realtors before working with Garrett (Kenneth). They were all gung-ho to help us, they would send us a bunch of listings, and then never follow up with anything. So weird and frustrating. Then we decided to try again and found Garrett. He immediately gathered info about the properties we were interested in and answered all our questions in a couple days, not weeks. And as a local with a lot of connections, he was able to get a few things estimated and fixed for us and the sellers to keep things moving after inspection. If it wasn't for Garrett we may have missed out on the property we really wanted and now own! Thanks again!
