Regina is very connected in the South Lake Community. We had a few repairs we needed to make prior to listing g our home. Regina had a list of referrals to help us. All of the local business owners we contacted and hired were professional and understood the need to help us prepare our home for sale. Regina did a great job listing our home and marketing it! Within 90 days we had an offer we accepted and closed in 60 days of accepting the offer. Regina also helped us find our new home. Beyond the professional side of Regina is a caring soul. She understood our reason for selling our home and worked hard to help us find the perfect new home that meets our families needs! God Bless you Regina!

We highly recommend the team of Autumn Makin, and her assistant Melissa Bell. They did a great job in helping us sell our home. The marketing and communications were top notch. Both Autumn and Melissa always promptly returned our calls and messages, and answered our questions clearly. Definitely 5 star service all the way! Jamie and Darla Dennis

Louise is very professional and will listen to what you have to say and what you want. She kept me updated on everything it was going on. I never had to question anything and she was always just a phone call away if I needed her at any time if you’re looking to buy a home or sell a home, she is your girl.
