No two ways about it, Autumn is the Best! We listed our vacant property with Autumn because she knows the area and the value of what land is selling for. Our property was only on the market for 1 week when we were offered our asking price! We did have some zoning issues, but working with Autumn and her fantastic assistant Melissa we were able to get all the problems worked out and had our closing just 6 weeks from putting the property on the market. Autumn is very personable and a great help. We moved across the country all the way from WI to Clermont, FL and Autumn has been guiding us from the start. She contacted me initially 3 months before our visit to the area. We chatted often since and she was always available to answer any questions. She and her team advocated for us while we can't be physically in the area during the negotiation. Even after closing, she checked on our house before we were able to move in. She also received our car delivery, which may not be a typical realtor job. She has gone above and beyond. Lastly, The welcoming gifts for us and our children was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Very grateful that we found her.
