No two ways about it, Autumn is the Best! We listed our vacant property with Autumn because she knows the area and the value of what land is selling for. Our property was only on the market for 1 week when we were offered our asking price! We did have some zoning issues, but working with Autumn and her fantastic assistant Melissa we were able to get all the problems worked out and had our closing just 6 weeks from putting the property on the market.
