Coop took care of everything! I lived out of state. He put out some trash and even got boxes of stuff donated for me. I was only able to make a couple of trips to the property. He went way above and beyond. He even lined up some contractors for me and met them at the property. The paperwork was super smooth. He had me 3 offers at the first open house and we closed in no time! He was very professional and super attentive! He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
