Dave really cared. He was responsive and super helpful. He even discovered a defect in the house at final inspection the seller had not disclosed that had been under furniture and a rug that inspectors and others missed and then helped us get it fixed right away. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

As a former realtor for Re/MAX I had been very disappointed in the other realtors I have used since then - both as a buyer and seller.
