James Cooper
Excellent!
James was extremely helpful when we bought our house across the country! His communication was great and he helped us out throughout the entire process. His knowledge about the community was very helpful, especially when we are not from the area. Overall a great experience!

Michael and Kylie, thank you so much for the wonderful five-star review! It was truly a pleasure helping you purchase your new home in Middleton, Florida, especially while navigating the process from across the country.
Buying a home long-distance can have its challenges, so I’m glad I could be your local resource and help keep everything moving smoothly from the home search through inspections, financing, and closing. Middleton is such a unique community in The Villages area, and I’m excited for you both as you begin this next chapter.
Thank you for trusting me to be your Realtor and represent you throughout your home purchase. Welcome to Middleton and Central Florida! I’m always here whenever you need anything. 🏡
