We needed a quick sale on our house and Josh was able to get it done. The pictures he had taken are professional done which help draw buyers to come look. We would recommend Josh for selling and even buying a home. Great person.
From beginning to end of buying our house Josh was so polite, kind, and professional. He makes you feel at ease straight away and goes out of his way to answer all questions and get things done. He was very punctual and very easy to get a hold of. So nice to have a friendly person on the phone to talk to. He is very accessible. Josh helped us in many ways that were over and above by giving us pertinent information how to proceed forward. He really has his clients best interest at heart. We are just so grateful to Josh for making the process so easy and stress free.
Josh is very personable as well as informative and knowledgeable in all aspects of real-estate. I highly recommend Josh for your real-estate needs.
We can't say enough about josh. Because of josh everything went smooth. He work well with both the seller and the buyer.
Josh is very knowledgeable about real estate and very easy to work with. I enjoyed working him very much. I highly recommend him.
Josh was great, even after the closing. I had a problem locating my circuit panel in my new home. Josh came over on a holiday weekend to help me find it so I could have hot water. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
