No matter the time or day, he was always quick to answer our questions, provide updates, and address any concerns we had. What made him stand out was he’s genuine commitment to helping us succeed

She was on top of everything related to the purchase and the closing.

That’s the only way I can describe my experience with Michelle. She has been a delight to work with. A literal life saver. This was the hardest process of my young adulthood so far, and she helped in every single way she could. Issue after issue, she stayed and encouraged me through it all. Even when I was ready to give up and call it quits, she helped me see things from a different perspective, which ultimately helped me reach my goal. Things took so much longer than anticipated, and considering we have a little baby on the way, she made sure we had a home on time! Her communication was impeccable, any time of the day she was available to answer my questions. I bought a home from out of state so this was key to me. And she was willing to meet up with my family that was in state, for showings, questions, walkthroughs, and anything else we needed! Very thorough visuals from her, she made sure to send videos and pictures, so I could really get a feel for the different homes. Completely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her 100%.
