RaChelle is a great agent. She went above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she would research and direct me to where I can get an answer.

So, i don't know to start but I can tell you Mrs. Coleman is very professional, hardworker, and she go up and beyond her duties as a realtor. I will recommend her to anyone I know because of her excellent service. And not to mention she was very informative about the process and responded to emails quickly. I will surely use her for my next home adventure.

I have to say RaChelle was amazing!! She is extremely patient, skilled and talented. My husband and I dealt with RaChelle over several months. We first met 6 months prior to the home I ended up purchasing. Over the course of the 6 months, RaChelle stayed very close in touch with me (while I was selling my home in NY). She was constantly searching the Tampa Market for me without me even asking her. She would constantly send me homes for sale. She always provided her honest feedback and she went to open houses and reported back to us. I honestly felt so taken care of with RaChelle. I felt she had my best interest at heart always. Since I was in NY, I was not able to fly down as much to see houses, so RaChelle gladly went to see the homes for me and reported back to me and my husband with feedback, photos and even videos. When we did have the opportunity to fly down over the course of the 6 months, she had an entire list with appointments confirmed to see each property. I was able to finally find a home I was happy with thanks to RaChelle’s relentless commitment. I would refer her in a heartbeat to anyone. Very happy with my experience and extremely proud to say I am now a Floridian!!

RaChelle made the process of buying my first home a year ago and selling that home a year later today pain free and easy. She helps you step by step and gets you in contact with the right resources for what you need. She prioritizes what’s important to you and offers solutions to problems that are in your best interest. She is currently helping us buy a lot to build a home and future investment properties. She is an all around great realtor and anything she doesn’t know she will find out before telling you false information. My family is very happy with her services.

RaChelle was a joy to with with from the first moment we met her. She proactively set expectations on asking price based on her knowledge of the neighborhood. She also set our expectations with what to expect with the appraisal phase which I was a novice to. Before showing, she got us lined up with a photographer, carpet cleaner and came to the house to give us tips on staging.
