He is very knowledgeable of ou area, and has a good grasp of the price the house is worth on the market, He was super helpful in having items fixed via his connections with varios trade people. I had moved out of state, so was very dependent on Mike to not only find the appropriate people to fix whatever needed to be corrected, but to arrange for meetings to be present when a tradesman showed up to do the work. Mike also is exceedinglh easy to deal with and kept in touch with me any time an issue came up. He is one dependable and conscintious individual who I would not hestiate to recommend if they need a real estate agent. It was a real pleasure dealing with Mike.

Upon finding a home we loved, he helped refer a home inspector which was super meticulous and detail oriented. Tom also helped make sure some of the pending items or issues brought up by the inspector were rectified by the builder before the closing date. He met with the project manager and sales personnel to review any last minute requests and also did FaceTime during this time to help facilitate the process. Tom and Shirley also shared the same experience so they’re aware of the logistical and emotional complexities involved with such a big move. They were super welcoming and very friendly which helped make the process of looking for a home and moving to another state that much easier and pleasant. They were a delight to work with and we’d refer them 100 times over!
