Dee is AMAZING, right from the beginning she will tell you the truth and she hears you, she is to the point and very intelligent. She will answer your questions and go above and beyond for you. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. If you want your property sold by someone who will do what it takes, quickly, responsibly, and joyfully she is the one!!! A+

Nicole did an amazing job in finding us a home. In a market flooded with houses she was able to sort through them and help us find the perfect home. She also helped us to find a mortgage broker. The whole process from finding the home to closing was definitely made easier thanks to Nicole. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

I am a veteran & first time home buyer. I had not performed much research about the process, as I did not think I would be making a purchase sooner than 4-6mo of loan procurement, it happened in 2. Initially I started the process with a family friend/agent, who put me in contact with a loan officer that seemed more interested in gaining portal access to my bank account & in my opinion self-interest related proceedings over my needs. Upon discovering he was seeking a traditional loan instead of a VA loan, I abandoned that process. I chose Veterans United whom I had reached out to 3 yrs earlier. I was reminded of that fact when one of their reps was alerted that I was accessing their website & I received a call from them before I could gain access to my old account. I was "WOWed! " by that & having not received much input from my first agent following the rough start with her referral, it made perfect sense to go with the agent they recommended to me, Kate Vick. Kate reached out to me & in short order I was viewing homes with my wife. Kate briefed us as was appropriate for the circumstance, builder vs. home owner/agent. She encouraged us to contact her anytime and routinely checked in when we slowed down. I did not want anything whatsoever to do with an HOA, as I have discovered there are HOA rules & guidelines & there are HOA members with their personal rules & guidelines. I also did not want to get clobbered by closing costs. Upon finding a home we liked, Kate delivered all of the requirements like one big grocery cart at the checkout counter in record time: Inspection, appraisal, free survey & home warranty, & all but ~$640 of my earnest funds. My savings were practically untouched by end of closing. Kate has great demeanor, negotiating skills & knowledge of task. She also has great patience. Sorry about waking up the owner of that home I saw without you, & walking onto a property before you arrived. Great job Kate you're a winner.
